Goat Yoga

Goat Yoga is back at the farm!

Join us for a joyful morning of stretching, laughter, and goat snuggles from 9am-10am. Led by a licensed instructor, Jessica, owner of Follow Your Roots. Our goat yoga classes are the perfect way to unwind, connect with nature, and get a little playful. This class will be outside.

Bring a yoga mat, water, and your sense of humor, the goats will take care of the rest!

After class the farm shop will be open where you can purchase our herbal skincare products, mountain-raised meats, eggs and much more!
